Q: Are all shadow boxes made to order?

A: I have a limited number of shadow boxes on hand and can send anything on hand immediately but with so many different designs, it's difficult to keep them all in stock. Most likely your shadow box will be made once you place the order.

 

Q: Will you send a gift card for me?

A: Yes! I'll happily include a gift card. There is no fee for this. Please let me know you want a gift card on the "Cart" page. There is a text box there called "order special instructions." Please let me know what message you want in your card. 

 

Q: I want 4 matching mugs but the website says you only have one in stock. Can I purchase more?

A: Yes! Mugs are actually quite quick to make (and are a lot of fun to make). Just shoot me an email and I'll make you a set of mugs of your choice!

Q: How do I care for my mug? Is it microwave safe?

A: For best results please hand wash your mug. Yes, your mug is microwave safe.
